5 | Fighting from Your Heavenly Position (10:30 AM)

In this message, Pastor Dale ministers on the importance of understanding that we, as born again believers, fight our battles from our heavenly position in Christ, not from the realm of the flesh. Satan is a thief and a deceiver with an agenda to steal and confuse. While Jesus utterly defeated the devil at the cross, believers - as an occupying force here in the earth - still have the responsibility of resisting him. We do this by getting to know more about the armor of God - salvation, righteousness, truth, peace, faith, and the Word - and by intentionally putting it on each and every day. With greater spiritual knowledge and skill comes greater success. Do not be ignorant of Satan's devices OR of your position in Christ. Eventually, you can know too much for some battles to work.
